Networking day, Project Training

Kickstart of the new exciting initiative for those who want to proceed with Project Training. The event was attended by project people from Vestas, Tetra Pak, Kosan Crisplant, J. Hvidtved Larsen, Dynadio, Suzlon and others.

On June 24^th, 30 experienced project people met at 4IMPROVE's headquarters in Aarhus. The experienced group of project managers with Peter Kahr Greve in charge, welcomed the numerous participants.

 

 

Focus on project training, project kapacity, project completion and anchoring in practice

The Grandmaster of project training, Ole Olesen, presented the history of Project Training and ambitions for future development. Besides Ole Olesen project coaches Stig Villadsen, Morten Melin and Brian Thordal attended.

Project Trainers' abilities and competencies

It is often questioned what is the technical part and what is the personal part when training others - whether as a leader or a project manager. Therefore, the DNA of a good Project Trainer was discussed.

Project Trainer - open education

Traditionally, education in project training has always been organized for a single company. Since 1990 until today, more than 3,500 people have participated in Project Training. This means that many companies today use Project Training as the leading platform in their development work.

As a new provider, 4IMPROVE offers Project Trainer as an open education ie. participants are coming from several companies. The first team starts in September 2010.

Grandmaster Project Trainer

4IMPROVE also offers Grandmaster Project Trainer. The Grandmaster education runs over 1 + 3x3 days and is a challenging and demanding open education with deep roots in practice and concrete results.
